Feature in 12th Feb 2010 issue of  The Bookseller.  Includes a quote from City Books in Hove saying that local Oxfam outlets have little effect on his business.  As long as we do not sell new books,  guides or maps……

The Provincial Booksellers Fair Association PBFA says it is not a level playing field….. Oxfam gets 80%  business rate reduction…..
